FSH Holding

Looking to the future

Our vision

Thinking of tomorrow today

We are a holding company with the values of a family business: We think in terms of generations and aim to position the individual Group companies in their particular markets to achieve sustained success. That’s why we constantly expand our existing lines of business, treat resources and the environment with care and make transparency and integrity the watchwords in our dealings with stakeholders.

Our Pioneering Spirit

Plan for the long term, act with foresight. This motto has guided the FSH Group from day one as we set out to meet the challenges of the modern world. Courage, a passion for innovation and far-sightedness have been the cornerstones of our success since 1835.

Our eyes are firmly fixed on the future and see the markets from our customers’ point of view. So we can always offer them comprehensive solutions for their growing challenges.

Our Core Values

Although the companies that make up FSH Holding operate independently, they share common values. We place great importance on treating our colleagues and business partners respectfully and responsibly. We use resources sparingly and conduct our business in a sustainable manner.

Seeing ourselves as part of the whole while never forgetting that the contribution of every individual is crucial are among the principles that guide all our business activities and investment decisions.

Our Focus

The FSH Group uses its ownership structure and expertise in the recycling, circular economy, plastics machinery manufacture and plastics processing sectors to give each individual company a firm foundation for healthy development geared towards sustainability, innovation and customer benefits. We focus on innovative technologies to reduce plastic waste and turn problematic substances into reusable materials. Together we pursue the same objectives and develop forward-looking strategies.

With our minority shareholdings we aim to establish a balanced and competitive portfolio that generates customer benefits as well as growth and margins.

Our Promise

We automate, we make greener, we develop new markets. This not only helps our company to grow, but also benefits the companies we work with. It means we reduce the amount of resources our customers use in manufacturing and offer an alternative to production in low-wage countries where working conditions are precarious.
